To enjoy life somewhere and not feel you have compromised is incredibly important and the combination of having two living rooms and still to have three bedrooms is a comfort not always afforded elsewhere.

The more we think about it the more we appreciate the lure.

Here you are already within the Conservation Area and so, step out of the front door to this building and you are quickly amongst the busy streets of Cheltenham Town Centre. The Regent Arcade is so easy to reach you are spoilt for shopping. Over time you'll explore coffee shops (try The Coffee Dispensary, their drinks are great and so are the tasty offerings), if you have a sweet tooth (there are lovely savoury choices too), pop into Huffkins, so conveniently close and on The Promenade! Yes, within moments of leaving this home you are wandering The Promenade, admiring Regency Cheltenham and getting a sense of why life here is so special.

There are parks; perhaps book lunch or dinner at The Ivy, walk there and back if you wish, stroll through gardens on the way, Imperial Square first then on to Montpellier or vice versa.
