When this home came available it ticked so many boxes they had to view it. The top floor was an instant winner, with a teenage daughter it provided an amazing freedom for her to have a bedroom and fun space to combine studying and having friends around.
The house had already been extended and our clients saw that with a little further improvement it would make a super home for them, one they have stayed in longer than anywhere else they have been.

Venture further afield to discover the Kent and East Sussex Railway, steam trains to excite young and old, or visit Smallhythe Place, once the home of Victorian Actress Ellen Terry and now belonging to the National Trust.
