Oxted seems to have made an incredible impression some years ago upon a wandering spirit leaving happy memories of the pretty buildings that line both sides of Oxted’s intriguingly bisected centre and the convenience of living here, it all played a massive part in bringing the owner of this home back to this super Surrey town.

When you choose to move to Oxted it's lovely to be able to be close and yet feel hidden away; to have the park a simple walk from you, the shops just beyond and the station so close you barely get into your walking rhythm to reach it.

This home ticked so many boxes that it was an easy choice. It wasn't perfect and so improvements were made, kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, windows, heating and re purposing the garage into a multi-function space, great for the dog, for hobbies and to create somewhere for a change of pace when needed. Easy to return to its former use but you have plenty of off road parking behind the gates that complete the sense of privacy here.

St Mary's Church forms a delightful backdrop to this home, one that provides a lovely flow to the living space connecting you with it and with family and friends.

Upstairs, as well as the stylish feel, it offers space with a fourth bedroom that makes a great home office if required.

Outside the manageable gardens provide different areas of interest and enjoyment; all central to Oxted yet feeling tucked away.
