An evening stroll along the Tankerton Slopes as the sun sets, a morning jog along the seafront with the Sun rising over the horizon, games played and parties enjoyed in the garden, drinks together as the evening draws in; great memories have been made here across two decades of family life.
There's an inherent charm to any home like this and walking in, to be greeted by space in the hallway, to see a wood burner alight and to step into the kitchen and look out, all these things add to what makes this home special.
We love landings with a sense of space, bedrooms that work well and a bathroom that has room for a separate shower. Access along the lane to the side brings you to the garage at the rear and a cabin in the garden makes for a great outdoor office and is a fun games room.
You can walk around the corner to a nearby Tesco Express, enjoy one of several lovely restaurants, pop to the pub or get a takeaway. The shopping parade has a pleasant feel to it.
You can walk to Whitstable Castle and Gardens and then into the popular centre of Whitstable. From the house, a twenty five minute walk (according to google) will take you to Wheelers Oyster Bar for instance.
This has been a great home for children to grow up in, a convenient place to be to enjoy life from and it is a home that awaits its next loving family. Over to you!
